APi EZ Spa Down is a fast dissolving granular product that will safely lower alkalinity and pH levels in spas and hot tubs. Spas and hot tubs need the pH to be maintained between 7.2 - 7.6 to ensure that the water is safe for bathers, surfaces and equipment.
 
Dosages
Add 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) per 100 gallons.
 
Directions
Test spa water to establish total alkalinity and pH levels.
Adjust total alkalinity first. If total alkalinity is above 120 ppm, add 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) per 100 gallons and circulate for at least 30 minutes before restarting.
Once total alkalinity is in range, adjust pH by adding EZ Spa Up or EZ Spa Down.
