1 lb. chicken breasts
6 slices thick cut bacon
2 poblano peppers
4 whole tomatoes
1 yellow onion (medium)
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 can of pumpkin puree
1 can of pinto beans or northern white
2 tsp smoked paprika
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp meat church honey hot seasoning
2 tsp of meat church bacon bbq seasoning
4 oz of cream cheese
salt & pepper
Mix all the spices together because they will be used through out.
Chop veggies while bacon is sautéing in a large pot. Once bacon is crisp (do not drain grease), add peppers, onion and about a tbsp of spice mixture.
Once the peppers are cooked all the way through add chicken, rest of spices and wine.
After chicken and wine has cooked all the way through add in the tomatoes, broth, beans, pumpkin and cream cheese.
Let this simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.
